Rosé, Brut 'Sparkling By Harry's & Domein Holset' 2021

Our Harry’s x Holset Brut is a sparkling wine from Vaals, just a short drive from Maastricht, made from 100% Pinot Noir. It offers refined aromas of strawberry and raspberry, along with subtle hints of toast and spice. Full of flavor, yet beautifully balanced.

Saint Véran 2023 En Terre Noire, Domaine des Deux Roches

A rich Chardonnay from Burgundy, made by a domaine with a history dating back to the early 19th century. The nose is complex with floral notes, brioche, toast and buttery hints. On the palate, it’s rich and mineral-driven with fresh citrus and an elegant, delicate finish.

Priorat '90 Minuts' 2022, Trossos del Priorat

 A powerful red from Priorat. Made from mainly Garnacha with a little bit of just Cariñena and Cabernet Sauvignon. With only a 90 minutes drive from central Barcelona. It opens with dark fruit, then develops toasty spices and wild herbs. Fresh and smooth at first, becoming fuller and fruitier with ripe, elegant tannins, refined acidity and a lightly mineral finish. We recommend decanting this wine to let it fully open up and reveal its depth and complexity.
